5.3 API Usage: Any use of the Reveal AI API is subject to these Terms and the following: a) Reveal AI is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the API or third-party products that access data via the API. b) Abuse or excessively frequent requests to Reveal AI via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API. c) Reveal AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue API access at any time.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Ownership: Reveal AI owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights therein.
